Located along the Erie Canal and Lake Ontario, Orleans County is the perfect spot for many boating, water sport and fishing activities. Also located within the county are six golf courses and many historic sites such as the Cobblestone Museum and the Medina Railroad Museum.

There are also many attractions within an hour's drive of the County including Niagara Falls, Letchworth State Park, Six Flags Darien Lake Theme Park & Camping Resort and Ralph Wilson Stadium, home of the Buffalo Bills.
