Orleans County’s Empire Zone currently consists of 177-acre zone in the Holley Business Park, a 120-acre zone in the Albion Business Park and a 120-acre zone in the Medina Business Park. Also included in the zone are the former Trek building in Medina and land owned by the Village of Albion on Washington St.
