The Orleans County business climate provides an incentive for growth and sustained success well into the 21st Century. The staff of the Orleans Economic Development Agency, along with other members of "Team Orleans", including OEDA board members, government officials, County, village and town boards and public works and highway departments continually work together to help existing County businesses thrive and attract new businesses to the County.

With the ability to create and retain jobs, along with the Empire Zone designation and capital investment from many sectors, Orleans County looks forward to a sound economy in the upcoming years. Only a handful of states can offer the incentives now available to businesses in Orleans County.
