Orleans Land Restoration Corporation
OLRC
The Orleans Land Restoration Corporation (OLRC) is a Not-for-Profit Corporation that encourages the establishment or expansion of businesses and investment within Orleans County, New York.
By making loans to businesses located in Orleans County, acquiring (by purchase, grant, gift or otherwise) real property and improving, maintaining and managing such property, the OLRC can create opportunities for the residents of Orleans County and combat community deterioration.
